Get Help Accessing Your Online Medical Records

Regional Medical Center (RMC) Health Information is hosting a FREE event where team members will help patients set-up their account to access their online medical records via the RMC Patient Portal, HealtheLife. These one-on-one sessions will be happening on Tuesday, May 2 from 9AM-4PM. If interested, you must register by calling 563-927-7433 (option 1).

HealtheLife is a secure online portal that gives patients convenient, 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with Internet connection. Patients will be walked through the entire process from signing up, to downloading the HealtheLife app, to seeing how the online portal functions.
