Free Ambulance Tours for Kids

The Regional Medical Center (RMC) Emergency Department celebrates National EMS Week to recognize the amazing emergency personnel and the important work they do in our communities. EMS week is a time to say “thank you” to our paramedics, EMTs and the entire emergency workforce for their service and sacrifices. 

On Wednesday, May 24th the RMC Emergency team is opening their ambulance doors and providing FREE ambulance tours for kids. This will be happening from 3-5PM at Regional Medical Center, Parking Lot 1. RMC Emergency staff will be on site to answer any questions the kids may have. 

“The RMC Emergency team is excited to connect with the youth in the community and educate them on all things emergency and ambulance,” shares Dawn Biggs, RMC Emergency Services Manager. “We are truly lucky to have such an amazing Emergency team here at RMC and also very fortunate to have outstanding volunteer EMS teams across our communities.”
