A positive experience at Regional Medical Center is our constant goal. The Patient Experience initiative aims to keep this goal front and center.

The Regional Medical Center Patient Experience initiative is an expression of how RMC employees feel they affect the patient's experience within our hospital walls on a daily basis. Employees were asked two questions: "What does the 'Patient Experience' mean to you?" and "How do you affect the Patient Experience?". This campaign is our answer to those questions.

By combining the responses from members of every department, employees came up with one, short, cohesive phrase that they felt embodied their department as a whole. Whether or not the department physically comes into contact with patients, their responses centered on what they do each day to positively impact every person who comes through our doors.

RMC's Mission states that we are "dedicated to improving the health of our communities through professional and personalized care". The Patient Experience project aims to shed light on exactly how that happens.
