Heart healthy screening includes Cholesterol Profile, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure checks. 12-hour fast required.

• No appointment needed.
• Cost: $25 (cash or check only)
• Location: Regional Family Health-Manchester; Park in Lot 4, Use Entrance G.

If you are age 20+, the American Heart Association recommends having your cholesterol levels checked every 4-6 years
