High intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to get an efficient workout in a short period of time. Due to the fast pace of this class, participants are expected to have preliminary knowledge and experience with cardio and strength training modalities.
However, since most workouts are programmed with AMRAP in mind (as many rounds/reps as possible), the participant can modify to his/her ability.
Participants are strongly encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to start of class for independent warm- up.
$35.00 for non-members. Class size is limited to 6 participants.
