Strength Training for Beginners (February)

Event Description:

If you have been looking for a class that not only improves your strength and fitness level but teaches you proper body mechanics and basic resistance training exercises then this is the class for you! 

For all ages. Instructors will guide you through a basic workout using body weight, bands and other less complex resistance training methods. Along with fitness training, the class will also offer educational tips on a variety of health topics.
