This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. What you can expect: Registration is required. Class size limited. The waiver and payment must be complete before the first class on Tuesday, January 2nd. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights.
