RMC Volunteers Recognized with Bright Star Award

Posted 11/14/2019 in Auxiliary

Two Regional Medical Center (RMC) long-time volunteers were recognized this year for their dedication and service to our local hospital and community. The Bright Star Award is given annually to RMC Auxiliary volunteers who have shown exemplary generosity and kindness of spirit. Sandi Roling was presented the award at the Spring Auxiliary Luncheon in April. Virginia Allen received her award at the Fall Auxiliary Luncheon in November.

Sandi Roling became an Auxiliary member in 2010. She has enjoyed volunteering at the HILLTOP Gift Shop, participating in many RMC fundraising projects, and serving on the Auxiliary Executive Committee as the membership chairperson.

Virigina Allen is a charter member of the RMC Auxiliary, with her membership dating back to 1973. She has volunteered for many projects, including the Candy Cane Carnivals, numerous blood drives and fundraisers, and working in the hospital gift shop. She is currently an active Welcome Desk volunteer.

Please join us in congratulating Sandi and Virginia, our 2019 Bright Star Award recipients!
