Regional Family Health Process Changes

Posted 3/18/2020 in Family Practice

Effective Thursday, March 19

Regional Family Health has implemented changes effective March 19th at all clinic locations in Manchester, Edgewood, Dyersville, Hopkinton, Strawberry Point, and Winthrop.

ALL patients must call ahead and be screened. If you have not called ahead and present to the clinic, you will be asked to return to your vehicle or parking lot and call us for screening.

At the time when you call in for screening, staff will direct you on the steps to take. If you are directed into the clinic, you will be instructed to either the respiratory illness team or the regular scheduling area.

All clinics will maintain their normal hours.

Urgent Care in Manchester will also be changed to a call ahead model. Patients must call in prior to arrival for screening. If patients present to Urgent Care for care and have not called ahead, they will be asked to return to their vehicle or parking lot and call us for screening.

At the time when you call in for screening during Urgent Care hours in Manchester, staff will direct you on the steps to take. If you are directed into the clinic, you will be instructed to either the respiratory illness team or the regular scheduling area.

Thank you for your understanding and following this new procedure. These procedures will stay in place until further notice.
