On Monday, March 21st, 2016, the Regional Medical Center (RMC) Governing Board of Trustees regretfully accepted the formal resignation of Trustee, Kathy Waterman. Kathy has been a valuable member of our Governing Board of Trustees since June 2001. Her interest has been in the services RMC provides the community, with a personal interest in home healthcare, mental health, and patients with Alzheimer’s.

“Kathy has been a committed and extremely effective Board member. She has been a strong proponent of volunteerism, a supporter of our Auxiliary, a Patient Advocate, and member of RMC’s Corporate Quality Committee. She has worked with me personally and professionally, and has allowed me to bounce ideas off her regarding our services and community outreach. I appreciate the years of service Kathy has provided our Governing Board of Trustees. Although she will be greatly missed, I look forward to seeing her around RMC, at the HILLTOP Gift Shop, and at the committees upon which she continues to serve,” stated Lon Butikofer, RN, PhD, Chief Executive Officer. RMC’s Governing Board is currently in the process of appointing a replacement.
