Iowa Hospital Association (IHA) President and Chief Executive Officer, Kirk Norris recognized Regional Medical Center’s (RMC’s) Governing Board of Trustees at the 2016 IHA Governance Forum for completing the Trustee Education Certification program.
“Every hospital needs engaged, highly-effective board members to function as an integral part of the hospital leadership team,” said Lon Butikofer, RN, PhD, Chief Executive Officer. “Our board members each use governance best practices, promote the coordination of care and the best use of resources, and demonstrate to our community that RMC is dedicated to accountability and transparency. We thank them for their service and dedication to our health system.”
