Regional Medical Center is excited to resume Pet Therapy services for our patients. Jo Schreck, volunteer therapy dog handler, will bring Pet Therapy dog, Pearl, for visitation to patients in the inpatient area.

Among older adults age 65+, falls are the leading cause of injury deaths, unintentional injuries, and hospital admissions for trauma. The chances of falling and of being seriously injured in a fall increase with age. Falls can take a serious toll on older adults quality of life and independence.
