As of Monday, February 22, 2021 at 8:30AM, Delaware County has 152 active positive cases of COVID-19 (an increase of 5 active cases since last Monday). The positivity rate for Delaware County is currently at 4.3 percent (a decrease of 3.7% since last Monday).
With the continued downward trend of positive cases and more of a focus into vaccinating our community for COVID-19, Delaware County Public Health will now discontinue providing weekly data updates. You can find this same data on the state Coronavirus website, along with vaccination statistics.
As a reminder, until the vaccine is widely available, the best way to prevent the spread is to:
- Wear a mask over your nose and mouth
- Stay 6 feet away from others
- Make sure that indoor spaces are well ventilated
- Wash your hands frequently
- Stay home when you are ill (even mildly sick)
As the COVID-19 vaccine roll-out continues, sign up for the vaccine waiting list by visiting regmedctr.org/covidvaccinewaitlist. If you do not have Internet access or need help, please call 563-927-7600.
