The program also discusses the pathogens of HIV and Hepatitis and how to decrease the transmissions of these in a childcare setting.

“Knowing the safe methods of care and precautions is very important,” shared Joan Wessels. “We hope we have a lot of childcare providers take advantage of this free training that will help them when caring for children in our communities.”

There is no cost to the training. Pre-registration is required. Please call Michelle Wulfekuhle, AS, Nursing Administrative Assistant at 563-927-7763.
