RMC Preparing for Full House at Women's Night

Posted 4/12/2018 in Radiology

After a hugely successful Women’s Night last year, Regional Medical Center (RMC) is excited to be hosting another free event this year on May 2, 2018. Last year’s event hosted roughly 300 guests at The Gathering Place in Manchester. Guest speakers Liz Nead and RMC’s own Jill Buschmann entertained while local spa and yoga businesses pampered women with free services. Free appetizers and desserts were also provided. We were simply blown away by the turnout!

This year, RMC is thrilled to announce our speakers will be Amanda Goodman, former TV news anchor, and Jody Kerns, RMC mammographic technologist. We also have seven local spa and yoga services attending, including yoga by Cathy Corkery (Manchester); mini facials by Anna Drees (Manchester); body sugaring facial hair removal by SpeakEasy (Manchester); brow lifts by Prestige Day Spa (Edgewood); beauty demos by Textures Salon & Spa (Manchester); wrinkle reduction by Hair Works (Edgewood); and chair massages by RMC, Prestige Day Spa, and Textures Salon & Spa.

Pampering and yoga services will begin at 5pm, pause during the speakers (6:45-8pm), and resume afterwards until 8:30pm. Doors open at 5pm. Appetizers and desserts will be provided, and wine is available for purchase.

Women’s Night is made possible through donations from the Ed-Co, Starmont, and West Delaware Volleyball Teams. RMC would like to thank these generous young ladies for the contributions through their fundraisers, making this free pampering event possible. Please join us in celebrating these young women and the women of our communities at this year’s event on Wednesday, May 2, beginning at 5pm at The Gathering Place in Manchester!
