Help us focus on the health of Delaware County
Regional Medical Center (RMC) is required to conduct a community-wide health needs assessment every three years. Please take a few minutes and go to regmedctr.org/2018CHNA and answer some questions about what you feel our health concerns are within Delaware County. Hard copy surveys are available at RMC’s Welcome Desk and at all Regional Family Health clinic locations. Survey results will be incorporated into our hospital strategic planning and shared with applicable community resources to help improve the health of our county.
“We really appreciate everyone’s participation and sharing this with others in the community,” shares Valerie Lindsay, Marketing and Fund Development Manager. “It is very important that we hear from a wide variety of people so we can ensure we are learning what our community feels our health priorities should be in Delaware County. While RMC may not be able to directly address every need identified, knowing what the concerns are enables us to share this feedback with other community leaders. Collectively, we all can help improve the health and well-being of our residents.”
If you have any questions, please contact Valerie at 563-927-7534 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you in advance for your participation.
