When do I become responsible for my bill?

You are required to pay your co-pay at the time of service. The remaining balance should be paid in full once you receive a bill in the mail.

What if I cannot pay my bill in full?

Regardless of your ability to pay, we will perform services that are indicated to be medically necessary. We will accept reasonable regular monthly payments. Contact us if you need help with financial planning

How can I get a copy of my bill?

Contact us to request a copy of your bill. When leaving a voice message or sending an email, include the account number from your statement.

What if I get more than one bill?

Depending on the services you received, you may receive several different bills. RMC will send you a bill for hospital services. If you had certain tests or procedures, you also may receive a separate bill for professional interpretation by a radiologist, pathologist, your personal healthcare provider, or a specialist that you may have seen in our clinic. Contact us if you have several accounts and would like them consolidated to one account.

What if I have no Insurance or a high out of pocket expense?

Regardless of your ability to pay, RMC will perform services that are indicated to be medically necessary. Our financial counselor is available to discuss financial arrangements with you. RMC also has a Financial Assistance Program (FAP) available to assist those in need.
