Our occupational health program team is made up of providers, therapy services staff members, and nurse navigators who will work with you to address the spectrum of services you require to take care of your employees.
Pre-employment Screening
We understand accidents and employee missed days directly affect business efficiency, morale, and profit. Hiring and maintaining healthy employees translates into a more productive work force.
Physical Evaluation
Tier I: Limited physical evaluation including a review of systems and exam. Covers respiratory, musculoskeletal (including back), cardiovascular, neurological, and skin systems.
Tier II: Full physical evaluation including a review of systems and exam. Covers respiratory, musculoskeletal (including back), cardiovascular, neurological, skin, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal systems.
DOT Physical: Complete DOT physical performed by certified Commercial Driver Medical Examiners.

We strive to schedule the Work Ability Screen the same day as the Pre-employment Assessment. After clearance by a healthcare provider, therapy providers will assess work ability and determine if the employee is physically suitable for employment and able to perform physical demands of the job.
Work Related Injuries
Nurse Navigator
Our Nurse Navigator will get you the employee’s current medical status, including diagnosis, recommended treatment plan, and follow-up appointment(s) required. This information will be provided throughout treatment of the injury and after follow-up visits to help you make accommodations so your company can continue operation with as little interruption as possible.
Medical Care
Physical evaluations will be performed to determine diagnosis, treatment plan and work limitations. The Statement of Work Limitations Form will be filled out and communicated (Diagnosis, Work Limitations and Treatment Plan).
If follow-up rehabilitation services are required, a referral will be made to Regional Medical Center Therapy Services unless other arrangements have been made. Physical and occupational therapy techniques offered include a Work Ability Screen which is an evaluation that determines a patient's ability to return to work safely after a work related injury, with or without restrictions.
