How does this work?

Today's technology is used so you can have an appointment with your provider in the comfort of your home. Telehealth allows face-to-face appointments via video and audio conferencing with you and your provider. It provides an avenue to continue routine care while also providing safety for our patients and our staff.

Does insurance cover this?

Medicaid (including MCO's), workers compensation and many private insurance companies cover Telehealth. Please call to see if you are eligible to benefit from this service. 

What platform do I use?

Video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, Skype, and FaceTime will work. Any device with a video camera such as a laptop, phone or tablet can be used.
