With the help of an athletic trainer, you can meet or exceed your expectations and reach your fitness goals. Our trainers are motivating, knowledgeable, and results-oriented.

All personal training clients receive a comprehensive fitness assessment that provides information on their current level of fitness, including risk for heart disease, aerobic capacity, strength, flexibility, and body composition.

Members who are at risk for heart disease are referred to their healthcare provider.


Personal Training sessions include a minimum of three sessions and use of cardiovascular and weight training equipment.

½ hour - $12.50
1 hour - $25.00

Body compositions can also be measured for non-members for $5.00.
