Universal Masking Required at Regional Medical Center

August 3, 2022 in News, Regional Medical Center

Locally, COVID-19 cases continue to rise and community transmission levels are fluctuating from medium to high. In an effort to help keep our staff and community healthy, Regional Medical Center in Manchester is reinstating universal masking at our facilities.

Effective August 4, 2022, hospital-issued masks are required for all patients, visitors, volunteers, and staff. Masks are required, regardless of vaccination status, in all areas of our facilities. Masks will be provided upon entry.

In addition, our visitation guidelines are changing effective August 4, 2022.

  • OB & Family Health: Well siblings of any age can visit. Other visitors must be 12 or older (unless extraordinary circumstances).
  • Medical/Surgical/Intensive Care: No children under the age of 12 (unless extraordinary circumstances).

Please be kind to our team members if they remind you of our mask policy.

We want to keep everyone safe and provide a positive, healing environment for everyone seeking care at our hospital and clinics. Thank you for your understanding.
