No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
Medicare and healthcare coverage can be challenging. RMC is happy to provide a trained volunteer counselor to guide you through the process.
RMC voluntarily publicizes hospital charge information via the Iowa Hospital Association charge comparison website. In addition, RMC charges are available for viewing or download in machine readable formats prescribed by CMS.
You are protected from surprise billing or balance billing when you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center.
This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs for an item or service.
You can enroll in or change plans if you have certain life events or income range, or you qualify for Medicaid or CHIP.
