The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requires 501(c)(3) hospital organizations to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) at least once every three taxable years. We appreciate the time our community takes in helping us gather information on healthcare needs in Delaware County.
We are currently in the process of reviewing the results of our 2024-2025 Community Health Needs Assessment Survey which closed in December 2024. Thank you to everyone who provided your input!
Once the formal Report and Implementation Plan are completed in the spring/summer of 2025, the 2024-2025 RMC and Delaware County Public Health CHNA Report and Implementation Plan will identify the results and strategies we will put in place to help improve the health and wellness of Delaware County. Together, we’ll make a difference!
