Regional Medical Center in Manchester takes healthcare compliance very seriously. The public and employees are encouraged to report any of the following incidents:
- Theft
- Fraud
- Conflicts of interest
- Billing misconduct
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Patient safety or quality of care
- HIPAA violations
- Other potential ethical, legal and/or internal business policy compliance violations or concerns
Anonymous reporting is available to provide a non-threatening reporting system. Confidentiality of the reporter and the content of the report will be preserved to the extent permitted by law and by circumstances. All reports will be followed up with according to the compliance investigation and response plan.
