RMC Governing Board of Trustees along with its Medical Staff and Administration, has adopted and implemented the Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) Program. QAPI is a hospital-wide effort to monitor, continually improve and document the level of patient care services provided by the Medical Staff, RMC Departments and Contracted Services.

Care Compare provides information to consumers and caregivers about the quality of care at Medicare-certified hospitals in the United States. This information can help consumers make informed decisions about their healthcare based on quality metrics, volume of services, etc. 

The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare worldwide by offering tools and resources to partnering organizations. RMC collaborates with IHI on projects to improve patient care for you.
