Starmont Volleyball Supports Local Breast Cancer Patients

Starmont Volleyball Supports Local Breast Cancer Patients

November 29, 2022 in News, Radiology

Representatives from the Starmont volleyball team paid a visit to Regional Medical Center (RMC) on Wednesday, November 23. These young ladies presented a check of $3,200.75 to the Radiology department’s “Pink Support Bag” fund.

This fund allows our Radiology staff to purchase gift cards, comfort items and other things newly diagnosed breast cancer patients may need. This bag is given to local patients who are about to face one of their biggest battles.

“It’s truly amazing to see these young ladies work hard for such an amazing cause and give back to their very own community. These funds will be put to great use.” shared Megan Demmer, RMC Radiology Manager.

On behalf of Regional Medical Center, thank you to those who support the Starmont volleyball teams fundraising efforts. We are so grateful for this amazing support system.
