Family Practice Online Scheduling & Patient Messaging Available

Patients of Regional Family Health can now schedule appointments and message their primary care provider. In order to use this new feature, patients must have a Patient Portal account (online medical records). Patients that do not have an account can request an invitation to sign-up at regmedctr.org/patient-portal-sign-up.
Appointment types available to schedule online include sickness/injury, annual/physical, medication review and well child exams/sports physicals. You can schedule an appointment with your primary care provider up to 24 hours in advance. Not sure who that is or if you have one? Call us at 563-927-7777.
Patient messaging can be used to ask your primary care provider about medications, appointment follow-ups and lab results. You can expect a response within at least two business days.
