Where to go at Regional Medical Center
You may park your car free of charge in our various parking lots. Find what you’re looking for inside Regional Medical Center. View our hospital floor map.
Directions
For the best way to get to your destination. Click on your destination below for detailed directions.:
- Park in Lot 2 or 3
- Enter through the Emergency/Surgery entrance (Entrance E). Turn left. The check-in desk at West Registration is located down the hall.
- Park in Lot 4
- Enter through Regional Family Health-Manchester (Entrance G)
- Teams I-V and Urgent Care: Registration is inside the door to your right.
- Behavioral Services: Continue straight to the elevator. Take the elevator to Level 3 and register within Behavioral Services.
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through the main entrance of River Ridge Pavilion (Entrance A)
- The RMC Auxiliary’s HILLTOP Gift Shop is right inside the door next to the Welcome Desk.
- Park in Lot 1
- Go to the East Office Building (Entrance H)
- Park in Lot 1
- Use Entrance B and go straight down the hallway until you reach the elevator to your right. The Huber Board Room is on Level 3.
- Turn right off the elevator and follow the hallway to the room at the end of the hallway.
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through the main entrance of River Ridge Pavilion (Entrance A). Please stop at the Welcome Desk to notify staff of your arrival.
- Park in Lot 2
- Use Entrance C-2 for the Procedure Center and Wound Clinic
- Enter and register through the door on your right
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through the main entrance of River Ridge Pavilion (Entrance A)
- Stop in front of the stop sign next to the Welcome Desk and wait to be registered at East Registration
- Park in Lot 1
- Use Entrance B and go straight down the hallway until you reach the elevator on your right. The Level 2 Conference Room is on Level 2.
- Turn left off the elevator and go straight down the corridor. The entrance will be on your left.
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through the Therapy/Wellness Center (Entrance C). Register at the window on your left.
- For elevator access, use Entrance B. Go straight down the hallway until you reach the elevator on your right. Massage Therapy is located on Level 2. Turn left off the elevator, then right and register at the desk to your right.
- Park in Lot 4
- Enter through Regional Family Health-Manchester (Entrance G).
- Registration is right inside the door. Stop there and ask to speak with Health Information Management.
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through the main entrance of River Ridge Pavilion (Entrance A) and ask for a room number of the patient at the Welcome Desk.
- Go straight down the hallway. At the wooden wall, turn right for the elevator to Level 2 OR turn left for the stairwell to Level 2.
- Check in at the nurses station before going to the patient room.
- Park in Lot 1
- Use Entrance B and go down the hallway until you can turn right
- The entrance to the Nursing Administration Conference Room will be on your right (before the next corner)
- Park in Lot 4
- Enter through the Regional Family Health-Manchester (Entrance G) and continue straight to the elevator.
- Take the elevator to Level 3. Registration is right as you come off the elevator.
VISITORS
- Monday-Friday │ 8AM-5PM: Park in Lot 1
Enter through the main entrance of River Ridge Pavilion (Entrance A). You will walk down a long hallway and turn right just past the cafeteria. Follow that hallway down to the end of the hall. OB & Family Health will be on your right. Use the phone outside the door to let our staff know of your visitation. - After hours and on the weekend: Park in Lot 2 or 3
Enter through Emergency/Surgery (Entrance E). Turn right. Walk down the hallway until the first intersection and turn left, right before the cafeteria. Follow that hallway down to the end of the hall. OB & Family Health will be on your right. Use the phone outside the door to let our staff know of your visitation.
PATIENTS
- Monday-Friday │ 8AM-5PM: Park in Lot 1
Enter through our main entrance of River Ridge Pavilion (Entrance A) and register with East Registration located behind the Welcome Desk. After you are registered, you can report to OB. You will walk down a long hallway and turn right just past the cafeteria. Follow that hallway down to the end of the hall. OB & Family Health will be on your right. Use the phone outside the door to let our staff know of your arrival. - After hours and on the weekend: Park in Lot 2 or 3
When Entrance A is closed, please use Emergency/Surgery (Entrance E). Turn left. The check-in desk at West Registration is located down the hall. After registering, you can report to OB. Walk back towards where you entered through Entrance E. Continue past that exit down that hallway until you reach four corners. Go left and proceed to the end of the hall. OB & Family Health will be on your right. Use the phone outside the door to let our staff know of your arrival.
- Park in Lot 4
- Enter through the Regional Family Health-Manchester (Entrance G) and continue straight to the elevator.
- Take the elevator to Level 3. Registration is right as you come off the elevator.
- Park in Lot 4
- Enter through the Regional Family Health-Manchester (Entrance G)
- Registration is inside the door to your right
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through Therapy/Wellness Center (Entrance C). Register at the window on your left.
- For elevator access, use Entrance B. Go straight down the hallway until you reach the elevator on your right. Occupational Therapy is located on Level 2. Turn left off the elevator, then right and register at the desk to your right.
- Park in Lot 2 or 3
- Enter through the Pain Management Clinic and UnityPoint Health Cardiology (Entrance D). Turn the corner to the left and register at the window.
- If entering through Emergency/Surgery (Entrance E), turn right and go through a door at the end of the hall. Walk through the door and the Pain Management Clinic registration will be on your right.
- Park in Lot 1
- Go to the East Office Building (Entrance H)
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through Therapy/Wellness Center (Entrance C). Register at the window to your left.
- For elevator access, use Entrance B. Follow the hallway until you reach the elevator on your right. Physical Therapy is located on Level 2. Turn left off the elevator, then right and register at the desk to your right.
- Park in Lot 2
- Use Entrance C-2 for the Procedure Center and Wound Clinic.
- Enter and register through the door on your right.
- Park in Lot 1
- Go to the East Office Building (Entrance H)
- The East Office Building is a separate building located to the SE of River Ridge Pavilion
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through the main entrance of River Ridge Pavilion (Entrance A)
- Stop in front of the stop sign next to the Welcome Desk and wait to be registered at East Registration
- Park in Lot 4
- Enter through Regional Family Health-Manchester (Entrance G)

- The Senior Life Solutions office is down the hall, across from the elevator.
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through the main entrance of River Ridge Pavilion (Entrance A).
- You will walk down a long hallway and turn right just past the cafeteria.
- Walk down that hallway until you reach the Sheppard Room located on your left.
- Park in Lot 2 or 3
- Enter through the Emergency/Surgery entrance (Entrance E).
- Turn left. The check-in desk at West Registration is located down the hall.
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through the main entrance of River Ridge Pavilion (Entrance A)
- Stop in front of the stop sign next to the Welcome Desk and wait to be registered at East Registration
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through Therapy/Wellness Center (Entrance C). Register at the window on your left.
- For elevator access, use Entrance B. Go straight down the hallway until you reach the elevator on your right. Speech Therapy is located on Level 2. Turn left off the elevator, then right and register at the desk to your right.
- Park in Lot 2 or 3
- Enter through the Emergency/Surgery (Entrance E). Turn left.
- The check-in desk at West Registration is located down the hall.
- Park in Lot 1
- Enter through Therapy/Wellness Center (Entrance C). Register at the window to your left.
- For elevator access, use Entrance B. Follow the hallway until you reach the elevator on your right. Physical Therapy is located on Level 2. Turn left off the elevator, then right and register at the desk to your right.
- Park in Lot 4
- Enter through Regional Family Health-Manchester (Entrance G)
- Registration is inside the door to your right
- Park in Lot 1
- Use Entrance B and go straight down the hallway until you reach the elevator on your right. The Veterans Education Center is on Level 3.
- Turn left off the elevator and follow around the corner; the entrance will be on your left.
- Park in Lot 2
- Use Entrance C-2 for the Procedure Center and Wound Clinic.
- Enter and register through the door on your right.
