RMC Specialty Clinic Welcomes Cedar Valley ASCENT Providers

Regional Medical Center (RMC) is proud to announce the addition of Cedar Valley ASCENT to the RMC Specialty Clinic in Manchester, bringing specialized medical and surgical services. With this addition, RMC is pleased to welcome aboard Dr. Kenny Rodriguez and Sydney Fox, ARNP, to the Specialty Clinic team.
Cedar Valley ASCENT (Allergy, Skin Cancer, Ear, Nose and Throat) is a specialty group based in Waterloo. This new collaboration provides the RMC service area access to high-quality specialty treatments close to home.
Sydney Fox, ARNP, will be providing clinic consultations in Manchester. Fox earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clarke University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She specializes in providing comprehensive care for patients dealing with chronic allergies, skin concerns and ENT conditions.
Dr. Kenny Rodriguez will provide expert surgical services at RMC. Dr. Rodriguez earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. In addition to his healthcare career, Dr. Rodriguez serves as a Captain in the Army National Guard. He is passionate about skin cancer care, reconstructive surgery and advanced treatments for sinus and sleep-related breathing disorders.
