Joan Funke, MPA

Joan Funke graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion. She returned to school in 2008 and earned her Masters of Public Administration from Upper Iowa University. Joan joined the Regional Medical Center staff in 2005.

Danette Kramer, MBA

Danette Kramer earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 1995 and her Masters of Business Administration degree in 2004 from the University of Iowa. Danette earned the HFMA Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) certification in 2015. Danette joined the Regional Medical Center team in 1996.

Amy Mensen, MBA

Amy Mensen graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a major in Business Administration Management and a minor in Business Communications. She returned to school in 2008 and earned her Masters of Business Administration from Upper Iowa University. Amy joined the Regional Medical Center staff in 2001.

Michelle Paris, MPA

Michelle Paris earned her Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Health Administration in 2014 and her Masters of Public Administration in 2016, both from Upper Iowa University. Michelle joined the Regional Medical Center team in 1994.

Nathan Pickel, CPA

Nathan Pickel graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2009 with a major in Accounting. He is a certified public accountant. Nathan joined the Regional Medical Center staff in 2021.

Heather Ries, DNP, RN-BC, CENP

Heather Ries graduated from Mount Mercy University with her Bachelors in Science in Nursing in 2002. She obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from Clarke University in 2005. In 2019, Heather completed her Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Iowa. Heather joined the Regional Medical Center staff in 2011.
