Joan Funke, MPA

Joan Funke graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion. She returned to school in 2008 and earned her Masters of Public Administration from Upper Iowa University. Joan joined the Regional Medical Center staff in 2005.

Rose Mary graduated from Northeast Iowa Community College with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Health Information Technology. She earned the AHIMA Registered Health Information Technician Certification in 2016, the NAMSS Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist certification in 2011, and the NAMSS Certified Professional in Medical Staff Management certification in 1996. Rose Mary has served on the Iowa Association of Medical Staff Services Board, the Iowa Credentialing Coalition and is currently a member of the NICC HIT Advisory Board. Rose Mary joined the Regional Medical Center team in 1980.

Danette Kramer earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 1995 and her Masters of Business Administration degree in 2004 from the University of Iowa. Danette earned the HFMA Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) certification in 2015. Danette joined the Regional Medical Center team in 1996.

Amy Mensen graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a major in Business Administration Management and a minor in Business Communications. She returned to school in 2008 and earned her Masters of Business Administration from Upper Iowa University. Amy joined the Regional Medical Center staff in 2001.

Michelle Paris earned her Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Health Administration in 2014 and her Masters of Public Administration in 2016, both from Upper Iowa University. Michelle joined the Regional Medical Center team in 1994.

In 2019, Heather completed her Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Iowa. Heather joined the Regional Medical Center staff in 2011.
