Forever Fit – Fitness Program

This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class.
What you can expect:
- Low Intensity Cardio
- Upper/Lower Body Muscle Strengthening
- Balance
- Stretching
Registration is required. Class size limited. The waiver and punch pass required. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights.

Punch Card Option:
