Forever Fit – Fitness Program

This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class.

What you can expect:

  • Low Intensity Cardio
  • Upper/Lower Body Muscle Strengthening
  • Balance
  • Stretching

Registration is required. Class size limited. The waiver and payment must be complete before the first class on Tuesday, February 13th. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights.
