This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. What you can expect: Registration is required. Class size limited. The waiver and payment must be complete before the first class on Tuesday, August 12th. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights. Join RMC for a "Mother's Milk Stroll" in recognition of World Breastfeeding Month. This is an opportunity to connect with others and discuss all things breastfeeding. Breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding mothers are welcome. This is a family friendly event.
