This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. What you can expect: Registration is required. Class size limited. Volunteer and help our RMC Auxiliary make fleece tie blankets for pediatric patients at RMC and Parents As Teachers! All skill levels are welcome.Volunteers do not need to bring anything. All supplies will be provided. Children, accompanied by an adult, can take part in making blankets for this wonderful cause. Pre-registration required - contact information below.
