Pre-Employment Screening

Physical Evaluation

• Tier I: Limited physical evaluation including a review of systems and exam. Covers respiratory, musculoskeletal (including the back), cardiovascular, neurological, and skin systems.
• Tier II: Full physical evaluation including a review of systems and exam. Covers respiratory, musculoskeletal (including the back), cardiovascular, neurological, skin, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal systems.
• DOT Physical: Complete DOT physical performed by a certified Commercial Driver Medical Examiner.

Physical Therapy Assessment

• Our team works hard to schedule the Work Ability Screening the same day as the pre-employment assessment. After the employee is cleared by a provider, therapy providers will assess the individual’s work ability. This determines if the employee is physically suitable for employment and can perform the physical demands of the specific job at hand.
