Delaware County Public Health (DCPH) is proud to announce a new partnership with UnityPoint Health - Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) to host a series of free, confidential, walk-in testing clinics for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis C (Hep C) and Syphilis. This vital public health initiative is designed to increase screening access in the community and encourage proactive healthcare.
“Screening for HIV, Hep C and Syphilis is an important part of complete healthcare, and knowing your status is the first step toward treatment and prevention,” shared Krystle DeShaw, DCPH Administrator. “By partnering with the UnityPoint VNA, we are making these essential screenings easily accessible and completely confidential for all Delaware County residents.”
The screenings are open to the public on a walk-in basis. These will be held at the Regional Medical Center (RMC) East Office Building (613 West Main St. Manchester, IA, 52057).
Individuals may be eligible for a gift card if you complete the testing. For more information, please contact UnityPoint Health VNA by calling 563-542-5421.
