Your health needs are our priority

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requires 501(c)(3) hospital organizations to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) at least once every three taxable years. We appreciate the time our community takes in helping us gather information on healthcare needs in Delaware County.

The 2022 RMC and Delaware County Public Health CHNA Report and Implementation Plan identify the results and strategies we are putting in place to help improve the health and wellness of Delaware County. Together, we’ll make a difference!
