RMC Announces Temporary Online Bill Pay Outage

Regional Medical Center (RMC) is currently experiencing a temporary outage with its online bill payment system, which is currently being addressed. 

During this time, patients are unable to make payments online. RMC encourages those with outstanding bills to submit payments through alternative methods:

• By Mail: Send payment to 709 W Main St. Manchester, IA 52057
• In-Person: Visit RMC Billing Department (Parking Lot 1, Entrance C)
  • Department Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
• By Phone: Pay with a card by calling RMC Billing at 563-927-7405
