Join us for a FREE yoga session with the Yoga Nook! Regional Family Health's Behavioral Services team is hosting "Wellness Wednesday" event in support and recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month. They are encouraging everyone to #takethemoment. All are welcome. Please bring your yoga mat (or a beach towel or blanket). Manchester Disc Golf Course is the open lawn right behind the hospital. Come in on N 8th Street and park in lot 4 or 5.
