Sport Physical Clinics will be held at the Regional Family Health - Manchester clinic. Wednesday, July 31st (4-7PM)Wednesday, August 7th (4-7PM) Walk-in (no appointments)NO vaccines will be given during this walk-in sports physical clinic. Patients will need to come back during day hours for vaccinations. Patients can still call (563-927-7777) to schedule a well-child check (sports physical) with their primary care provider. Most insurances cover these appointments.
