This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. What you can expect: Registration is required. Class size limited. The waiver and punch pass required. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights. A yearly flu shot is the most important step in protecting against the flu. Protect yourself and your family. No Appointment needed. Walk-in to get your flu shot! Adult COVID-19 vaccine is available upon request. Need a different time? Appointments can be scheduled during regular hours at Regional Family Health clinics. Flu and COVID-19 shots are covered by most insurance. Please bring your current insurance or Medicare card.
