This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. What you can expect: Registration is required. Class size limited. The waiver and payment must be complete before the first class on Friday, March 8th. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights. Open to anyone who has lost someone to suicide. Group meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 6-7:30PM.

This is a supportive and friendly group where you can share and learn from shared experiences. Discussions are facilitated by our lactation consultant. No registration is required. This happens the 2nd Wednesday of every month.

New members need to enroll at ww.com or by calling 1-800-651-6000. Meetings are held weekly on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30PM.
