This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. What you can expect: Registration is required. Class size limited. The waiver and payment must be complete before the first class on Friday, March 8th. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights. RMC's Parents as Teachers is hosting a FREE event for all families in the community. April is Child Abuse Prevention Month This event is being held at the West Delaware Middle School. Walk through the main hallway where the "Together We Are - Parent Resource Night" will be taking place. The kites and sack supper will be taking place out the back doors.
