You and your support person will learn:
- Support person’s vital role
- Breathing, relaxation, and pain management techniques
- Medication options
- Labor variations, i.e. C-section, back labor, induction
- Coping with possible complications
- Infant safety
- Car seat safety

You will learn:
- How to get started breastfeeding
- Breastfeeding advantages
- How to avoid breastfeeding problems
- How to find breastfeeding support
- Tips about returning to work

Heart healthy screening includes Cholesterol Profile, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure checks. 12-hour fast required. No appointment needed. Park in Lot 4, Use Entrance G. If you are age 20+, the American Heart Association recommends having your cholesterol levels checked every 4-6 years.

Volunteer and help our RMC Auxiliary make fleece tie blankets for pediatric patients at RMC and Parents As Teachers! All skill levels are welcome.Volunteers do not need to bring anything. All supplies will be provided. Children, accompanied by an adult, can take part in making blankets for this wonderful cause. Pre-registration required – contact information below. Delaware County Public Health, along with RMC, is proud to sponsor a FREE Community Pool Day at the Kramer Aquatic Center in Manchester! We will provide sunscreen and sunglasses (limited supply) to promote summer safety and cover all admission fees for the day. Swimming is a fun way to get out and stay moving in the summer heat.
