You and your support person will learn:
- Support person’s vital role
- Breathing, relaxation, and pain management techniques
- Medication options
- Labor variations, i.e. C-section, back labor, induction
- Coping with possible complications
- Infant safety
- Car seat safety

If you have children and attended past RMC OB educational classes but have questions, set-up a time to speak with a nurse. Call 563-927-7318 to find a time that works for you.
Breastfeeding Class
You will learn:
- How to get started breastfeeding
- Breastfeeding advantages
- How to avoid breastfeeding problems
- How to find breastfeeding support
- Tips about returning to work
