Thank you for your interest in our Job Shadow Program at Regional Medical Center in Manchester, Iowa. We offer valuable opportunities for individuals exploring careers in healthcare, whether clinical or non-clinical.

Application Process

To apply for a Job Shadow experience, please complete the following steps.

  • Complete the application. If you are interested in more than one job shadow, you can submit one application and note in the description the different departments/positions you’re interested in shadowing.
  • Upon review of your application, you will be contacted. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required prior to actual placement. Job shadows are scheduled at the discretion of the department.

Volunteer
