We are excited to participate in the Healthiest State Initiative 13th Annual Walk, presented by Delta Dental of Iowa. Join us for a group 30 minute walk at Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, October 4th at noon. We will meet at the River Ridge Pavilion (RMC Main Entrance) to the Howard & Helen Shelly Memorial Park (near the white water park) and end back at River Ridge Pavilion (RMC Main Entrance). Heart healthy screening includes Cholesterol Profile, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure checks. 12-hour fast required. No appointment needed. Park in Lot 4, Use Entrance G. If you are age 20+, the American Heart Association recommends having your cholesterol levels checked every 4-6 years.
