This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. What you can expect: Registration is required. Class size limited. The waiver and payment must be complete before the first class on Tuesday, May 14th. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights. Bring your lawn chair to the Denton Park (along West Main Street next to the hospital) to listen to some great music (tips encouraged) and grab an ice cream treat (cash & cards accepted)!
