This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. What you can expect: Registration is required. Class size limited. The waiver and payment must be complete before the first class on Tuesday, May 14th. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights. This event has been cancelled. Join us for a FREE yoga session with the Yoga Nook! Regional Family Health's Behavioral Services team is hosting "Wellness Wednesday" event in support and recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month. They are encouraging everyone to #takethemoment. All are welcome. Please bring your yoga mat (or a beach towel or blanket). Manchester Disc Golf Course is the open lawn right behind the hospital. Come in on N 8th Street and park in lot 4 or 5.
